By hiring our equipment, you acknowledge and accept that any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during its use are your own responsibility. 53 Hire will not be held liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or loss caused while using our equipment.

2. Proper Use and Care

Any misuse of the equipment may result in injury or damage, for which 53 Hire will not be held liable. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all users of the equipment are aware of and follow proper safety practices.

3. Fitness to Use Equipment
Before using any equipment, it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are physically fit and capable of safely operating the tennis machines. If you are unsure of your fitness level, please consult with a medical professional before use.

4. Maintenance and Inspection
53 Hire maintains and inspects its equipment regularly. However, we advise all users to inspect the equipment upon receipt and report any issues immediately. Failure to do so may waive any liability claims against 53 Hire.

5. Liability for Damages
The hirer is responsible for the care and proper use of the tennis machines during the hire period. If any damage to the equipment occurs due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow provided instructions, the hirer will be held financially liable for the cost of repairs or replacement of the equipment. Normal wear and tear are excluded.

By hiring our equipment, you agree that 53 Hire, its owners, and employees will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of the equipment, and you accept responsibility for any damages caused by misuse of the equipment.
